Clad in the deep black-brown hue of Kuro Washi, inspired by the mighty Golden Eagle — sovereign of the skies — this piece embodies both the gravitas of the black belt and the warmth of earthy brown, holding power and tranquility in perfect balance.
Its surface absorbs light, revealing a subdued, refined luster that rejects ostentation while radiating unwavering presence.
The thong is adorned with a golden hue, inspired by the “Golden Honor” engraved upon the black belt — a symbol of pride and achievement in the martial path.
Crafted from LWG-certified, environmentally conscious leather, enriched with ultra-fine European pigments to heighten its softness and depth of tone, it celebrates the true character and fragrance of genuine leather.

KURosettaで使用する牛革は、ヨーロッパの超微粒子顔料を使用することにより、透明感があるにも関わらず、色落ち、色褪せがしにくい仕上げとなっており、柔らかい風合い・手触りが特徴です。 ひと目で本革と分かるナチュラルな風合い、高い上質感と風格、素朴な匂いやなめらかな手触りが特徴。
またThinkingLeather Actionに賛同しており、皮を無駄なく革製品として活用していくことを目指しています。

伝統的な履き方の基本はかかとを少し（1〜3cm）出して、指だけで花緒を軽く引っ掛ける程度で履きます。現代的に履きたい場合は、先緒まで指股を深く入れて履きます。雪駄は一度履とその人の足の癖がつきますので、最初の足入れが肝心です。

取扱上の注意
新品の雪駄では先つぼが少しキツく感じることがありますが、使用していくうちに牛革が馴染んでいきます。
雪駄に使用されているレザーの染色が、湿気や摩擦により靴下等に映る可能性がありますので、予めご了承ください。

The basic traditional way of wearing them is to slightly (1-3cm) expose the heel and lightly hook the nose strap with just the toes. If you want to wear them in a modern way, you can insert the toes deeper up to the toe strap. Once you wear sedge sandals, they will conform to the shape of your feet, so the initial fit is crucial.Care instructions:With new sedge sandals, the toe cap may feel a bit tight at first, but the cow leather will soften with use.Please note that the dye used on the leather may transfer to socks or other materials due to moisture or friction.
