〇When will the product arrive?

→We will ship within 2 business days after confirming your payment.

Please note that delivery may take longer due to the following reasons.

- When shipping operations cannot be carried out on weekends, holidays, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, temporary closures, etc.
- When there is a large number of orders for sales, lucky bags, etc.
- Traffic conditions, weather, etc. at the delivery destination.

*I no longer need the product. Can I return it?

→ Returns are only possible if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and it is unopened.
For returns due to customer's convenience, the customer will be required to cover the round-trip shipping costs as a handling fee. After you have agreed to this, we will accept the return.

I received a defective item. Can I exchange it?

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product is incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
We will include a return shipping label with your replacement item, so please return the previous item at a time that is convenient for you.
